Service Technician

Service Technician responsible for maintaining apartment homes and common areas, including snow removal after hours and on weekends, turnover cleaning (trash out, painting, carpet shampooing), trimming and repairs as needed, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming community. Duties include daily cleaning tasks (sanitizing, dusting, mopping), performing inspections of roofs, gutters, walkways, and safety hazards, utilizing company databases, staying on-call for emergencies, and adhering to OSHA10 requirements. Must maintain professional appearance in designated maintenance uniform, report to work as scheduled, and use appropriate PPE. Requires general plumbing and electrical knowledge, ability to read repair manuals, use hand and power tools, strong time management and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects, and team members.
