Job Summary
Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas, including snow removal after hours and on weekends; turnover of apartments with cleaning, painting, and carpet shampooing; maintain a customer-centered service culture; document inspections; remain on-call for emergencies; ensure safety with PPE and OSHA10 training; utilize company databases; maintain property appearance and conduct routine repairs as directed. This role requires dependable attendance, professional appearance, and the ability to work across multiple properties within the Washington Court House area in Ohio.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to read and speak English and follow oral and written directions.
