Job Summary
Service, repair, and maintain residential windows, doors, and siding by diagnosing issues, replacing vinyl components, and performing caulking, sealing, and finishing work. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards, document all service and repair activities, and communicate professionally with homeowners. Drive a company vehicle to customer homes and job sites throughout the Baton Rouge area while maintaining tools, equipment, and safety procedures. Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with up to $20/hour plus overtime. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; training provided for candidates without direct experience.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to report to our Baton Rouge location daily
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, maintenance, or home improvement
- No direct window experience
