Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking kitchen equipment. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair, communicating status to customers and the branch office. Accurately complete service calls in a timely manner, monitor truck stock, maintain vehicle/tools/uniforms to Whaley quality, and meet on-call requirements. Coordinate with the branch to order parts and ensure compliance with safety and paperwork requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Three years commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration/HVAC experience
- Strong electrical, HVAC/R, and mechanical background is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Ability to accurately and promptly complete required paperwork
- Excellent customer service skills
