Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC; communicate repair status and parts orders with customers and branch; complete service calls accurately and timely; audit truck stock; maintain service vehicle/tools/uniforms; and meet on-call requirements while traveling to work sites. Primary responsibilities emphasize hands-on diagnostics, repair, and customer communication in a field-service environment. Requirements include a valid driver's license, background check, 1 year of related experience, and strong communication and safety focus. On-site travel and physical work are involved.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of applicable experience in commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or commercial HVAC
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with safety standards
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years of age
