Service Technician
Job Summary
Performs repairs and maintenance of diesel engine industrial trucks in line with dealership and factory standards. Diagnoses causes of malfunctions and performs repairs; communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts; saves and tags parts as needed; examines vehicles to determine additional safety or service work; documents all work performed on repair orders; road tests vehicles when required; participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events. Upholds Waters family values, prioritizes safety, and collaborates with service advisors and dispatchers to ensure timely completion. Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
