Job Summary
Perform technical and mechanical work to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. Diagnose defects, complete preventive maintenance and make-ready inspections, manage materials and vendors, document work orders, assist with grounds upkeep and painting, and ensure safety compliance per OSHA guidelines. Responsibilities include completing resident work orders, preparing vacant homes for leasing, tracking inventory, inspecting contractor work, and supporting cost-control initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- state and local jurisdiction certifications as required
