Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for completing service requests and repairs in apartment homes and buildings, performing move-in readiness, preventative maintenance, and grounds/amenities upkeep. Roles include troubleshooting and repairing issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry/construction), participating in snow removal, and sharing on-call/emergency rotation. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and have a valid state driver’s license. Strong verbal/written communication and focus on resident satisfaction through responsive, professional service.
Required Qualifications
- Two years maintenance experience and/or training
- High School or GED required
