Job Summary
The Service Technician is responsible for performing technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards. Key responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, preparing vacant apartments for leasing, managing maintenance supplies, and assisting in grounds maintenance. Mandatory qualifications include specific EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling and other certifications as required by local jurisdictions.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
