Job Summary
Service Technician with Whaley Foodservice responsible for maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Performs troubleshooting, orders parts, updates customers and branches on repair status, completes service tickets, manages truck stock, maintains vehicle/tools/uniforms, and participates in on-call rotations. Requires 3+ years in maintenance including repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment, valid driver9s license, ability to work independently, strong customer service, and willingness to travel to work sites.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years maintenance experience to include repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
- Strong HVAC experience is a plus
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required
- Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Stable work history
- Must be at least 18 years of age
