Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or HVAC. Must communicate repair status with customers and branch, coordinate parts orders, complete service calls accurately and promptly, audit truck stock, maintain service vehicle/tools/uniforms to Whaley standards, and meet on-call requirements. On-call weekend rotation and extensive daily travel to work sites are expected. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to pass background check and drug screen; Journeyman license or CFESA certification not required but a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and safe work practices are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of applicable experience in at least one skill set: commercial cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration, or commercial HVAC
