Job Summary
Respond to resident maintenance requests by repairing and restoring service within established quality and time standards. Maintain community cleanliness by ensuring grounds, amenities, and common areas are free of debris, graffiti, and safety risks. Prepare apartments for occupancy through electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and cleaning as needed. Organize tools, equipment, and inventory, reporting deficiencies and safety issues immediately. Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients while holding rotating on-call responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair painting and drywall
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Technical of vocational certificate and/or degree
- Knowledge and experience of HVAC and carpentry
- EPA Type II or Universal certification
- certification in pool operation (CPO)
