Service Technician - U Centre at Northgate

Job Summary
Execute work orders in a timely manner, ensuring quality and efficiency while closing them out in the tracking system. Conduct inspections of public areas and resident apartments to maintain standards, and safely operate, maintain, and repair all facility equipment. Perform preventative maintenance tasks, assist vendors on-site, and manage shop and back-of-house cleanliness. Coordinate with vendors for snow removal, landscaping, and curb appeal efforts. This role requires an after-hours on-call rotation and availability for inclement weather. ACC offers opportunities for new certifications and career growth within facilities maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential facilities maintenance
- Must be available to respond and prepare to inclement weather situations
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to talk/hear
- Must be able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
