Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections of move-outs and update move-in dates, while reporting any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager. Assume emergency on-call duties and attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager. Troubleshoot and repair systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and fireplaces, requiring a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work at heights above five feet. This role supports TriBridge Residential's management of approximately 7,000 units in the Southeast with a focus on general property operations and safety.
Required Qualifications
- multi-family experience
- 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
- Ability to read and write English
- HVAC certification
- balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet
- lift 50 pounds
- own required tools
- reliable transportation
- valid driver's license
- pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces
- Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License
- HVAC Certification
