Job Summary
Service Technician – Trailhead: Perform work orders, close out tasks in the system, assist with property turn processes, and execute preventative maintenance to keep residential properties well-maintained for residents. Responsibilities include inspecting public areas and resident apartments, safely operating and repairing facility equipment, escorting and coordinating with vendors on-site, maintaining an organized shop and back-of-house, coordinating with vendor services (e.g., snow removal, landscaping), contributing to curb appeal and trash collection, and supporting the maintenance team as directed by supervision. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, capable of working independently within established processes, and prepared to develop skills in facilities maintenance. Certification opportunities and growth within the maintenance field are encouraged. Knowledge of safety protocols, ability to follow procedures, and a proactive attitude toward property upkeep are valued.
