Job Summary
Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards, including oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics. Complete advanced diagnostic and repair procedures under mentorship from experienced technicians while accurately documenting work and maintaining quality standards. Participate in Toyota training and certification programs to develop skills as a flat-rate technician. This full-time role offers Monday through Saturday availability with Sundays off. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be authorized to work in the USA.
Required Qualifications

- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus but not required)
- Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic diagnostic and repair skills
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to continue learning
- Motivated technicians who have a solid foundation in automotive repair
