Job Summary
Automotive Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to dealership and factory standards. Supervises any apprentice technician, processes repair orders, coordinates with parts department, assesses warranty needs, communicates status to service advisors, performs road tests, attends factory training, stays updated on factory bulletins, maintains a clean and safe shop, and complies with regulations. Emphasizes high customer satisfaction (CSI) and safety while ensuring tool accountability and adherence to policies. Located at Toyota of Cleveland dealership with related shop duties and training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- ASE or manufacturing training
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug test
