Job Summary
Diagnose, maintain and repair Lucid Motors vehicles as a Service Technician. Responsibilities include confidently repairing mechanical issues and performing basic electrical/diagnostic work on HV/LV systems; maintaining repair documentation and using the appropriate software to document customer vehicle interactions; collaborating with advisors, managers, and teammates; teaching and sharing technical knowledge; delivering accurate, detail-oriented service and positive customer experiences; and supporting the mobile service team as needed. Requires ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire (Lucid will reimburse) and EPA 609 certification; valid driver’s license with clean record; willingness to complete Lucid CPR training. Familiarity with EV/HEV diagnosis, high voltage systems, and electrical powertrains, plus strong customer-facing communication skills.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency with MS Office and proprietary DMS software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
