Job Summary
Tier 1 Service Technicians at Bruckner Truck & Equipment are responsible for advanced repairs, achieving at least 90% efficiency and 80% proficiency. They must complete training in Mack and Volvo or equivalent programs, diagnose and repair electronic, lighting, and electrical systems, and lead Tier '2' and '3' Technicians. Candidates should possess certifications in Medium/Heavy Duty Truck, complete specified ASE certifications, and actively participate in safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Completed advanced online training in Mack & Volvo or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of five years on the job training
- D.O.T. Inspection Certified
- Certified in at least one Cummins engine platform
- Master Certified in at least two Mack or Volvo Pro-Path segments
- Active in the Safety Committee
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of air systems, fuel systems, after treatment systems
- Ability to lead & train Tier '2' & '3' Technicians
- Diagnostic and repair skills for advanced electronic, lighting, and electrical systems
