Service Technician - The Varsity (Student Living)

Performs technical and mechanical work to maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas; completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs; completes the make-ready process for vacant units, conducts pre-move-out inspections, creates a punch list, and coordinates vendors as needed; tracks inventory, and maintains documentation for service requests; assists in grounds upkeep, safety compliance (OSHA), and routine inspections; supports cost-control efforts and stays current with industry practices through training and ongoing learning; may travel to assist other properties and must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
