Job Summary
Field-based Service Technician role focusing on delivery, installation, servicing, and maintenance of Culligan water coolers and filtration systems. Responsibilities include performing on-site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, and collections; diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions; managing van stock and tools; recording visits using a tablet; and ensuring a professional customer experience. Based in Youghal, Co. Cork, Ireland with a Monday–Friday days pattern and company van provided. Requires driving licence and local knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences)
- Minimum of 3 years' driving experience
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues
- Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
