Job Summary
Field-based Service Technician role responsible for delivery, installation, servicing and maintenance of Culligan water coolers and filtration systems. Duties include on-site surveys, installations, repairs, services, exchanges, collections, diagnosing faults, managing van stock and inventory, recording service visits via a tablet, and providing professional customer experiences. Requires driving licence with up to 6 points, 3 years of driving experience, technical/ mechanical troubleshooting ability, local geographic knowledge, independent work capability, and strong customer-focused interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points (no disqualifying offences)
- Minimum of 3 years' driving experience
- Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving technical or mechanical issues
- Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
