Job Summary
Execute work orders and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure property operations and resident safety. Conduct inspections of public areas and apartments, safely operate facility equipment, and maintain organized shop and storage environments. Coordinate with vendors for property turn processes, snow removal, and landscaping support. Close out work orders in the system and assist with curb appeal and trash collection as assigned. This role includes an after-hours on-call rotation for inclement weather and requires adherence to established safety protocols and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential facilities maintenance
- Must be available to respond and prepare to inclement weather situations, as applicable
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to talk/hear
- Must be able to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to sit
- Must be able to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
- Must have the ability to adjust focus
- Must comply with the Photo, Video and Voice Recording Policy
