Job Summary
You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our apartment community running smoothly: handling service requests and repairs in apartments and buildings, getting empty homes move-in ready, maintaining grounds and common areas, performing preventive maintenance and inspections, and assisting with snow removal and on-call shifts. The role emphasizes hands-on, independent work and delivering friendly, professional service to residents. Required Qualifications
- Two years maintenance experience and/or training
- High School or GED required, Trade School or Industry Training is a plus
