Service Technician - The Lodge

Complete assigned work orders for resident services and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects, executing repairs per safety standards, and managing the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections, punch lists, and vendor coordination. Maintain grounds and amenities by cleaning debris, pressure-washing areas, and performing general upkeep while tracking inventory and documenting all service requests accurately. Comply with safety policies through routine training, incident reporting, and periodic contractor inspections, and assist in property inspections to identify repair needs. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, taking call rotations as required.
