Service Technician - The Lodge

Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and executing repairs per safety and code standards. Execute the "make-ready" process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections, punch lists, vendor scheduling, and final work verification. Manage maintenance inventory by tracking usage, returning unused items, and notifying supervisors of re-order needs while documenting all service requests accurately. Maintain grounds and amenities through trash removal, pressure washing, cleaning, and painting tasks. Comply with safety policies by attending training, reporting incidents, and periodically inspecting contractor work to ensure quality standards. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with potential travel to other properties as needed.
