Job Summary
Performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of Greystar properties meet safety, quality, and operational standards. Responsibilities include completing resident-requested work orders and preventative maintenance, executing the make-ready process for vacant units, managing materials and inventory, documenting work and inspections, maintaining grounds and common areas, and supporting cost-control by using parts efficiently. Requires OSHA safety training, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to inspect contractor work for quality and conformity to scope. Incumbents must have EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1 and II or Universal) and a valid driver’s license, with the position involving potential travel to other properties and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required
- Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property (where applicable)
