Service Technician

Service Technician role at ICEE focusing on servicing ICEE and restaurant equipment including frozen beverage dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Responsibilities include receiving dispatched service calls, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, maintaining inventory and vehicle/tools, documenting work and closing service orders, communicating with customers and co-workers, and handling general warehouse duties such as cleaning and stocking. Training provided through ICEE Academy, with potential relocation to La Vergne, TN or other locations. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, ability to lift heavy loads, and driving responsibilities (more than 40% of the time).
