Job Summary
Service Technician to service ICEE and restaurant equipment including Frozen Carbonated and Non-Carbonated beverage dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Responsibilities include receiving dispatched service calls, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues, maintaining inventory/tools/vehicle, documenting work, communicating with customers and supervisors, and executing duties in a warehouse environment. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to lift heavy items, and willingness to drive more than 40% of the time; training via ICEE Academy provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical background
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred
- Valid Real-ID Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis (occasional up to 70 lbs.)
- Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time
- Steel-toed shoes
