Job Summary
Service Technician responsible for servicing ICEE and restaurant equipment (frozen carbonated and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, juice dispensers, etc.), performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing issues, maintaining inventory and company vehicle/tools, documenting work, communicating with customers and coworkers, and handling warehouse duties. Training through ICEE Academy provided; includes a company vehicle, gas card, and potential tuition reimbursement. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, valid Real-ID, physical lifting capability, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay around $22/hour with overtime, and benefits including insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Real-ID Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis (occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs.)
- Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time
- Steel-toed shoes
- Strong mechanical background
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational school (preferred)
