Job Summary
Service Technician role for ICEE where you service and repair frozen beverage and related equipment, including dispensers, ice makers, and juice dispensers. Responsibilities include responding to dispatched service calls, performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing equipment, managing inventory and company vehicle/tools, documenting work, communicating with customers and team members, and performing general warehouse duties such as shipping/receiving. Must be mechanically proficient, self-motivated, organized, able to communicate effectively, and capable of lifting heavy loads; driving ~40% of the time; valid Real-ID; willingness to participate in ICEE Academy training. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical background
- Graduate of Technical or Vocational school, preferred
- Valid Real-ID Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis
- Willing and able to drive more than 40% of the time
- Must have and wear steel-toed shoes
