Service Technician

Service Technicians service ICEE and restaurant equipment including frozen carbonation and non-carbonated dispensers, fountain beverage equipment, ice makers, and juice dispensers. They receive dispatched service calls with prompt ETA, perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair problems, maintain inventory and company vehicle, review service orders with supervisors, document work, communicate with customers and co-workers, and perform general warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, rotating product, and shipping/receiving of equipment and parts. Training through ICEE Academy is provided; position includes company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, driving capability (valid Real-ID), ability to lift 55 lbs (70+ lbs occasionally), and on-site travel expectations; on-site role with potential overtime and paid training.
