Job Summary
Field service Technician responsible for diagnosing and repairing commercial coffee equipment across cafe/hospitality clients in the region. Daily work includes 2–3 on-site service calls, taking electrical readings with a multimeter, interpreting electrical and hydraulic diagrams, identifying components, fabricating adapters, disassembling/reassembling equipment, and locating correct parts from diagrams. You’ll write thorough service notes, use ServiceTitan for task management, translate technical findings for customers, and verify machine output by tasting coffee. Requires hands-on repair experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to lift 75 lbs, a smartphone for required apps, and a secure address for parts deliveries. After training, a company vehicle is provided. Growth opportunities exist in a specialized, high-demand trade.
