Service Technician - The Block

Perform work orders in a timely manner, ensuring quality and efficiency while closing them out in the system. Execute preventative maintenance tasks as assigned and conduct inspections of public areas and resident apartments to maintain standards. Safely operate, maintain, and repair all facility equipment, and assist vendors by escorting them on-site and facilitating their work. Maintain a clean and orderly shop, storage, and back-of house environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized. Assist with coordinating vendor services such as snow removal and landscaping, as well as curb appeal, trash collection, and cleaning as assigned. This role includes completing work orders, supporting preventative maintenance, and assisting with overall property upkeep to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment for residents. The position requires experience in residential facilities maintenance and operates in a professional environment with moderate noise levels.
