Job Summary
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (ASRS), order fulfilment, and sortation solutions. Diagnose equipment faults, report incidents to the Service Manager, and inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications. Utilize personal protective equipment and actively participate in workplace health and safety activities. Complete allocated tasks, maintain effective communication with team members, and ensure all paperwork is submitted accurately and on time. Night shift duties are open.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in computerised maintenance systems
- Experience in pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- PLC experience in Siemens S7
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
- Understanding of OH&S requirements
- Ability to work in isolation, make decisions and be results driven
- Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships
- Good customer-focused mindset
- Management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Great team player and able to work collaboratively
- Ability to think outside of the box when solving problems
- Open to night shift duties
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in computerised maintenance systems
- Experience in pneumatic/hydraulic systems
- PLC experience in Siemens S7 and SCADA WIN CC
- Tertiary education (Degree) or Diploma in areas of Electrical / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years' of service experience in control engineering / industrial automation (conveyors) / maintenance of plant/machinery/material handling equipment
- Fresh graduates with relevant degrees
- General good attitude and workplace behaviour
