Job Summary
Complete work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues across apartment communities. Support unit turns, inspect community assets, and ensure excellent resident service while participating in on-call rotations. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) and a valid driver's license are required, along with 2+ years of maintenance experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
