Job Summary
Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotation, and repair across vehicle types (passenger cars to industrial vehicles); diagnose mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers (tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drivetrain, electrical); conduct fleet inspections and routine maintenance; respond to roadside service calls using a service truck; utilize TPMS; assist with inventory loading and counts; participate in ongoing training and uphold safety protocols and company policies; operate company vehicle safely and flexibly to meet service needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred (not required).
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing between 30–250 lbs., with or without mechanical aids.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and working in awkward postures or under vibration.
