Job Summary
Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency, executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates. Requires ASE and Ford certification, 2+ years of service technician experience, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ASE Certification
- Ford Certification
- A, B, C level qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record

- 2+ years of Service Technician experience
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
