Job Summary
Service Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and other electro/mechanical equipment. Perform service and repair work, record productive versus travel time, and maintain work records and parts logs per established procedures. Execute preventive maintenance per customer designations, keep manuals updated, and maintain company vehicles and tools. Manage adequate parts inventory and assist in instructing others on install/service methods. Maintain good customer relations while working independently in various climates, overhead, and on concrete for extended periods. Requires flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or on-call rotation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work in various climates
- Ability to work overhead
- Ability to lift and/or carry weight up to 50-75lbs
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends
- Ability to work On Call as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience servicing automated doors
- Prior experience in the Construction Field installing door frames and windows
- Associates Degree in related electrical, mechanical, industrial field
- Prior experience in the Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Communication Field
- Prior experience as a Glazier installing glass doors or windows
- Carpentry experience
