Job Summary
Field Technician at Spectrum responsible for installing and repairing services and educating customers on their use. Entry-level role with training to succeed and opportunities for self-progression and career growth, including progression from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases at each level and potential certification opportunities. Outdoor, hands-on work with tools, customer interaction, problem solving, and ongoing professional development in a dynamic, field-based environment. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to travel to customer premises, and good English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent in using hand tools
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
