Job Summary
Install and repair broadband services while educating customers on product usage. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Use hand tools to solve complex technical issues and operate a company vehicle in changing environments. Work outdoors for extended periods in any season, carrying tools and equipment up to 345 lbs and climbing ladders up to 32 feet. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate effective communication and critical thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
