Job Summary
Install and repair services while educating customers on their use. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools to fix complex issues in various environments. Travel to customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Carry tools and equipment over various terrains while climbing ladders up to 32 feet and working at heights. Operate a company vehicle and work with small components and wires. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
