Job Summary
Install and repair services for Spectrum customers in the field, educate customers on usage, and perform outdoor work using hand tools. Entry-level role with on-the-job training and a career self-progression plan to advance from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases at each progression level and bonus opportunities; opportunities to earn industry-recognized certification and move into leadership roles. Must be able to travel to customer locations, work outdoors in varying conditions, and maintain safety and quality while solving technical issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards
- Proficiency with computers and software applications
- Proficiency with hand tools
- Fluent in English
- Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability
