Job Summary
Field Technician (Spectrum) installs and repairs services, educates customers on usage, and works outdoors in dynamic environments. Entry-level role with on-the-job training and a pathway for progression from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases per level and potential leadership opportunities. Requires HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience, valid driver’s license, ability to travel to customer sites, strong communication, and basic computer and hand-tool proficiency. Opportunities to earn certifications and advance, with a self-progression plan and a pay-raise structure tied to progression.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
- Competent with hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from assigned locations as necessary
- Ability to walk/prepare for outdoor work in varying terrains and weather
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders up to 32 feet
