Job Summary
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger cars, light trucks, large trucks, and industrial vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers including brakes, HVAC systems, drivetrain, and electrical systems. Conduct fleet inspections and routine maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Respond to roadside service calls and assist with inventory management. Must be 18, pass drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to lift/move tires weighing between 30–250 lbs.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work involving repetitive motion, forceful exertion, and working in awkward postures
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred
Additional Requirements
- Possible overtime may be required
