Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, troubleshooting technical issues with on-site and remote support. Interact with customers to analyze work orders, investigate complaints, and suggest system improvements while maintaining rapport through courtesy and integrity. Complete accurate documentation including Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, and expense logs in accordance with company guidelines. Clean and inspect service vehicles weekly, comply with safety protocols and OSHA standards, and promptly report any work-related accidents. Train new Service Technicians and customer personnel on equipment use, providing status updates per sales tickets. This hourly position requires up to 30% travel and independent work with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years of hands-on servicing experience on the field
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver's License
- Up to 30% of travel required
- Proper coordination
- Motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed
