Service Technician

Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide on-site and remote support. Analyze work orders, plan travel schedules, investigate complaints, and recommend system improvements while maintaining rapport with customers and co-workers. Submit accurate documentation including Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, and expense logs; safeguard information and equipment; and comply with OSHA safety standards. Clean service vehicles weekly and assist in training new technicians. This hourly role requires up to 30% travel and independent work with minimal supervision.
