Service Technician

Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, troubleshooting technical issues to provide on-site and remote support. Analyze work orders, plan daily travel schedules, and investigate complaints while examining customer feedback to suggest improved methods and techniques. Complete and submit accurate documentation including Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, and expense logs in accordance with company guidelines. Safeguard company and customer information, comply with OSHA standards, and wear appropriate PPE. Clean and inspect service vehicles weekly and assist in training new technicians. This hourly role requires up to 30% travel across Altoona, PA and surrounding areas, with hours that may vary.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Five (5) years minimum of hands on installation or construction field
- Travel required
- Clean Driving Record
- Valid Driver's License
