Job Summary
Calibrate, service, and repair trace moisture measurement products returned from customers while maintaining calibration databases and procedures. Drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and articulating product value during pre-sales support and sales discussions. Liaise with engineering teams to address technical concerns and collaborate on implementing solutions. Maintain strong customer relationships to build trust and increase loyalty. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, strong technical background, and proven sales target achievement. Based in Tucson, Arizona, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- BA bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
- Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrable experience in presenting technical products and services to customers, providing expert advice and troubleshooting customer queries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
