Job Summary
Assemble new machines and ensure they are ready for use. Diagnose and repair issues with ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and lawn and garden equipment. Perform routine maintenance and service on various equipment types while keeping accurate records of repairs and maintaining a clean work environment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during phone and in-person interactions to create work orders, upsell on orders, and locate parts. This full-time role in Fond du Lac, WI offers 9-5 hours with optional overtime, medical, 401(K), and paid vacation benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years prior small engines experience
- Proven experience working on ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and lawn and garden equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in assembly and repair of outdoor power equipment preferred
